Superintendent Finalist Interviews with Parents, Community and Students

February 9, 2022

The search for the district's next superintendent advances to the next step with live-streamed interview panels with students, parents and community members.

Since the onset of the national superintendent search, the board has invited staff, students and community members to participate, most recently allowing individuals to nominate themselves or someone else to serve as an interview panelist and to submit community questions. More than 190 nominations were submitted, representing all areas of the city.

We invite you to watch our student and parent/community panel interviews, tomorrow, February 10. We will also share a link to the recording following the event if you cannot attend. The student panel includes representatives from each of our CPS high schools.

The student and parent/community interview sessions will be live-streamed at the following times:

  • Student panel, noon-2 p.m. To join the livestream, click here
