Cincinnati Bell
Lifeline service; must qualify

AT&T
No late fees and company will not terminate service if unable to pay for 60 days, starting March 13, 2020
- No overage charges for voice, data or text; base price varies
Verizon
No late fees and company will not terminate service if unable to pay, in effect until May 13, 2020; must complete online form
- No activation or upgrade fees
- 15 GB of free data added to existing plans for April and May, 2020; base price varies
Sprint
Metered data plans (not unlimited) will receive unlimited data for 60 days
- Additional 20 GB of data for any service with hotspot plans; free 20 GB hotspot data for customers with a capable handset that do not have hotspot plans; base price varies
T-Mobile
All smartphone data plans will be increased to unlimited for 60 days beginning March 13, 2020
- Hotspot data plans will receive 10 GB per month additional data for April and May, 2020; base price varies
